Learn to count to 5
This interactive skill introduces preschool learners to counting up to 5. Children connect the first numbers with the quantities they represent.
How to practice:
- Read or listen to the question, such as “How many bees are here?”
- Try tapping the pictures. Each object you tap receives a number to help you count in order.
- Choose the button showing the correct total.
Use the speaker button to hear the instructions. This also supports children who are not yet confident readers or find written instructions difficult to follow.
This activity helps children understand that a number describes a quantity: one object, two objects, three objects, and so on.
It gives practice in attention, visual recognition, memory, and early mathematical thinking. Count each object once, without missing any or counting the same object twice.
