Quarter hours on a clock

After learning to identify the hands, explore a clock face as a circle divided into parts. Notice the top, right, bottom, and left, and connect each quarter with the movement of the minute hand.

Choose the minutes shown: 00, 15, 30, or 45. Begin with minute labels on the face, then practice without those hints. Later questions also show the hour hand.

• Look at the minute hand and choose 00, 15, 30, or 45.
• Use the orange minute labels when they are shown.
