What is the difference between a student and a teacher subscription?

With a teacher subscription, you can add your students to the platform and assign them tasks with automatic checking. It is not necessary for students to subscribe for classes.

I am a teacher and want to subscribe to the teacher plan. Will my students need to subscribe to complete assignments?

No, students in your class do not need to subscribe to complete assignments assigned by you.

We paid for the subscription, but the materials are unavailable, what should we do?

Make sure the payment was successful. In some cases, activation of the subscription might take a few hours.

Also, ensure you are logged into the account with the email listed in the payment receipt.

If more than three hours have passed since the payment or you cannot access the correct account, please contact support.
